Weather Alert for January 28-29

An important update regarding the Blizzard from Mayor Michael McGinty and the Village Board. A major winter storm is expected to hit Long Island tonight through Saturday Night. Snow accumulation is predicted between 6 and 12 inches and temperatures will be below freezing.  In addition they are predicting coastal flooding and high wind and gusts.
Where possible, please keep cars in your driveway and off the road.
Any downed wires should be treated as though it is a live wire. Therefore do not approach, do not touch.
