Village Elections Postponed
March 16, 2020As per Mayor Michael McGinty and the Village Board:
As many of you know our Village elections were to be held this Wednesday, March 18, 2020. The Mayor and Village Board had taken the necessary steps in order to ensure the safety and well-being of each resident who were to come in and vote, however a short while ago I received an email that by executive order of the Governor, all village elections will be postponed statewide until Tuesday April 28, 2020. I will be in touch with more information as that date approaches. I urge everyone to heed the advice of our medical professionals. Should you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact me and we will all do our best to help where we can and together as a community we will all get through this.
