Vaxmobile at Island Park Court House on 12/1
November 29, 2021Mount Sinai South Nassau and the Town of Hempstead are bringing COVID-19 and Flu vaccines to the Village of Island Park on Wednesday, December 1st, from 10am – 4pm at the Island Park Court House (127 Long Beach Rd., Island Park).
Walk-ups are permitted for boosters. Appointments are required for pediatric vaccine (supply is limited). Individuals interested in scheduling an appointment should call Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Department of Community Education at 516-377-5333, or visit https://www.southnassau.org/sn/vaxmobile.
