Recycling Information

Please do not bag recyclables. Plastic bags jam up the sorting machinery at the Recycling Center. Bagged recyclables can also be confused for trash since workers can’t see inside.

• Plastic #1 & #2; Water & Soda Bottles; Milk & Juice Bottles; Detergent Bottles; Aluminum & Tin Cans; Aluminum Foil; Metal Pots & Pans; Glass Bottles
• All other products including cardboard and plastic bags are considered garbage.
• If you are in need of a recycling container please call Village Hall (516)- 431- 0600.
