Notice of Rescheduled Public Hearing

TAKE NOTICE THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 6:45 P.M. has been RESCHEDULED and will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at 6:45 P.M. at Village Hall, 127 Long Beach Road, Island Park, New York as per the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York, to consider the adoption of:

Local Law No. 4 of the Year 2021, entitled Fees.
The purpose of this proposed Local Law is to include the administrative fees for requests for Property Surveys.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the complete text of said proposed Local Law is on file with the Village Clerk’s Office and may be examined by any interested person during regular office hours.

Public participation and questions shall be heard and appended to the record.
