Notice of Public Hearing – September 17, 2020

TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York at 6:45 P.M. on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at the Island Park Village Hall, 127 Long Beach Road, Island Park, New York, to consider the adoption of:

Application for a Special Use Permit, Zoning Board Case 8.20 Parisi-Munisteri, located at 234 Long Beach Road, Island Park N.Y., 11558. Property located on the W/s of Long Beach Road, 240.5’ S/o Sagamore Road (a/k/a 234 Long Beach Road, Island Parkway, Island Park N.Y. 11558). Application for a place of Public Assembly that is subject to a Special Use Permit from the Board of Trustees for operation of a Day Care Center.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the complete text of said application for a Special Use Permit is on file with the Village Clerk and may be examined by any interested person during regular office hours.

THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. *

The Public can submit questions and participate in the Public Hearing by contacting Village Hall at (516) 431-0600 and information will be provided for either teleconference or phone access.

Public participation and questions shall be heard and appended to the record.

Members of the Board of Trustees will participate in the Public Hearing by teleconference.
