Notice of Public Hearing – June 17, 2021

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Public Hearing of the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York in person and on ZOOM at the Village Hall, 127 Long Beach Road, Island Park, New York on Thursday, the 17th day of June, 2021, at 6:45 o’clock p.m. to consider the adoption of:

Application for a Special Use Permit, Case 6.21 Zareno, located at 99 Warwick Road, Island Park N.Y., 11558. Property located on the N/s of Warwick Road, 40 feet E/o Quebec Road (a/k/a 99 Warwick Road, Island Parkway, Island Park N.Y. 11558). Application for a place of Public Assembly that is subject to a Special Use Permit from the Board of Trustees for operation of a Nursery School.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the complete text of said application for a Special Use Permit is on file with the Village Clerk and may be examined by any interested person during regular office hours.

The Public may attend the Public Hearing in person or join on Zoom. The ZOOM link is posted on the Village website www.villageofislandpark.com the day of the meeting.

Members of the Board of Trustees may attend the Public Hearing using ZOOM.
