April 15, 2020PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York at 6:45 P.M. on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at the Island Park Village Hall, 127 Long Beach Road, Island Park, New York, to consider the adoption of:
Local Law No. 2 of the Year 2020, Tax Levy Limit Override to provide that the 2020/2021 real property taxation may exceed the tax levy limit set forth in General Municipal Law §3-c.
THE PUBLIC HEARING AND THE BOARD MEETING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. *
The Public can submit questions about Proposed Local Law 2 of 2020 by submitting questions to and such questions shall be heard and appended to the record.
Members of the Board of Trustees will participate in the Public Hearing and the Board Meeting immediately following by teleconference.
The Public can participate in the Public Hearing and Board Meeting by contacting and information will be provided for either teleconference or phone access.
