Notice of Completion of Assessment Roll and Meeting to Hear Complaints in Relation Thereto

TAKE NOTICE that the Assessor of the Inc. Village of Island Park, Nassau County, New York, has completed the assessment roll for the fiscal year beginning in 2021 and that a copy thereof has been filed with the undersigned at her office in said Village where it may be seen and examined by any person during business hours until February 16, 2021 and that on said date via ZOOM at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, the Board of Review of said Village will meet for the purpose of hearing complaints in relation thereto. Complaints must be filed with the Village Clerk on or before the above date and statement under oath specifying the respect in which the assessment complained of is incorrect.
