LIRR NOTIFICATION – Valley Stream to Long Beach Service Suspension

January 10, 2024

Unfortunately, due to a high-water condition at Island Park impacting the 3rd rail, service is suspended between Valley Stream and Long Beach stations. NICE is cross-honoring and we will be providing bus service from Long Beach to Valley Stream and vice versa for the duration of the outage.

We have personnel on scene to rectify the issue and communication with our customers is on-going.
