AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM MAYOR MICHAEL MCGINTY

Earlier this afternoon, I learned of a positive COVID case among village staff. In consultation with the Nassau County Department of Health, we have agreed to quarantine anyone within the Village Department Public Works, who had contact with the employee, to ensure the safety of everyone. Therefore because of this quarantine, regular scheduled garage pickup for tomorrow will be canceled. The Village Board and I are working on alternative solutions which we should have by tomorrow afternoon. I will be in touch through robo call, website and Facebook with the final outcome.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work through this together. If you have any questions or concerns village hall will be opened regular hours this week, we are reachable at 431-0600.
