Attention: LIRR Service Suspension
August 19, 2024LIRR Long Beach Branch will be shut down from 8:00pm Wednesday August 21st until 4:30am Thursday August 22nd between Valley Stream and Long Beach for repairs to the Wreck Lead bridge, which connects Long Beach to Island Park.
Buses will be running buses between Valley Stream and Long Beach to replace train service.

Buses replace trains between Valley Stream and Long Beach Aug 21 – 22, Wed 8:00 PM to Thu 4:30 AM.
The last trains to operate are the 6:49 PM from Long Beach and the 7:18 PM from Grand Central.
